NEW Employment and Volunteer Opportunities at Stanton Healthcare!
Dear Friend of Stanton,
If you receive our regular letter by mail, you have heard of Sienna Melendez’s departure as Executive Director of Stanton Healthcare. (If you don’t currently receive our mailing, please do reply to this email with your address and we will add you to the list!)
Sienna and her husband Mac were faithful missionaries to the High Desert through the ministry of Stanton for over 3 years, and we are so thankful for their dedication to the cause of life and to Christ. Many mothers and babies were saved from abortion because of Sienna’s work at Stanton Healthcare! We are sorry to see Sienna go, but we pray she is blessed by her new role at a clinic closer to home.
Along with this big change, other adjustments have been made in our goals and plans at Stanton Healthcare. As we read in Proverbs 16:3, “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
For almost 15 years, we have trusted that the Lord’s calling for Stanton is to bring life and hope to abortion-vulnerable mothers in the High Desert in the Stanton Mobile clinic. Our work continues, and the Lord establishes our plans. We do not fear, and we rejoice in God’s faithful provision.
Looking forward to the next few months and into the end of 2026, we need to fill several key staff roles, and we could use your help to fill these positions.
If you or someone you know is interested in working and serving in a true mission field at Stanton Healthcare in Victorville, we are now accepting applications for the roles below. Please send a letter of interest and a current resumè via email to Danielle Versluys at Danielle@StantonSoCal.org.
These are part-time, paid positions, but we also welcome applications from anyone who can donate their time. It is a tremendous gift when a key role can be filled by a volunteer!
Staff Sonographer: RDMS or Ultrasound Technician. 5-10 hours/week.
Clinic Manager: Registered Nurse or other medical professional. Non-medical personnel are invited to apply if they have management experience. 20 hours/week.
Digital Media Coordinator: Social media, website maintenance, and digital advertising experience required. 5-10 hours/month.
Co-Medical Director: M.D. or equivalent, OB-GYN specialty preferred but not required. 10-20 hours/year.

We are trusting the Lord is preparing the right people to serve at Stanton SoCal, and we are excited for the future ahead. Stanton Healthcare will continue to reach moms and babies in the High Desert with compassion and hope because God has called us, equipped us, and continues to provide!
